Site Leader – Interim

Site Leader (Interim) – Melksham, Wiltshire – Permanent – £50,000-£70,000

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role involve successfully managing the site transition and liaising with all stakeholders to prepare the site for growth. Duties also involve reporting to the Senior Vice President of Technology & Engineering for on-site performance, risks and opportunities and maintaining an effective management team. The Site Leader is responsible for site profit and loss and developing a site budget for Intake, Revenue & EBITDA in line with objectives. You will also be required to set site KPI’s to gauge performance in all areas and taking necessary actions to address any areas of non-compliance, and ensure that the sites H&S meets company standards.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Knowledge of electronic or computer assembly operations.

Degree qualified or equivalent is desired.

Management qualifications e.g. CIM.

Experience of running operations in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
