GRP Finisher – Dartmouth – Permanent – Competitive Salary
An established boatbuilder in Devon are currently recruiting for a multiskilled GRP professional to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities will include:

• Removing all imperfections
• Reconstruction and finish of products
• Gel and Fibreglass repairs
• Working to the highest possible standards and tight deadlines
• Ensuring all parts are made in line with the drawings and specifications to ISO standards

Experience Required:

• Full experience with Electric buffers, Orbital and extractions unit, Electric drills, Longboards and Shortboards
• Skills in gel applications
• Gel colour matching skills
• Use of fillers to correct shape prior to application of gel
• Competent with laminating skills
• Understanding of GRP finishing
• Experience within the marine industry is preferred
