Accountant – Amsterdam – Permanent

An excellent opportunity has come available with a reputable ship management company for an accountant to join their team in Amsterdam.

You will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of various clients each of which will have ownership of one or more vessels on voyage. The role will consist of 60% accounts payable, 10% accounts receivable and 30% general ledger.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role and previous experience using Danaos and exposure to the shipping industry is a major advantage. You will need to be proficient in communicating in English and extremely organised in meeting strict deadlines.
