WRS, a market leading staffing solutions agency, is expanding and looking to add to our growing business by bringing on board experienced Recruitment Consultants across various specialist divisions.

On offer is a competitive salary, uncapped commission and holiday incentives.

What's the opportunity?

This opportunity offers an experienced consultant the chance to develop their own desk. You'll be focusing on clients within a specialised industry.

WRS is thriving and expanding its office headcount at their head office in Altrincham. You would be supported by an experienced Divisional Manager, under whom you and your team would sit. There are clear progression opportunities for you to work your way up further, earning plenty of commission and bonuses along the way.

Is it right for you?

The right person for this role will be a knowledgeable and skilled Recruiter. Ideally, you'll have had experience of building a desk and you're now looking for the challenge with a company that will support and reward you.
