Field Service Coordinator

I am working with a global client that require a Coordinator to join the team in Portsmouth. This is a procedure driven role in a high pressure environment requiring someone with drive and a proactive attitude. If you have a customer service background and are looking to challenge yourself, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Field Service (FS) Engineers
• Scheduling activities, resources, spare parts, work orders and costs
• Diary management and coordination of FS
• Liaise with customers
• SAP administration
• Service follow-up, obtaining feedback, maintaining these records
• Other duties required in this position

Requirements:

• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity
• IT skills
