Job Description Onshore Recruiter with Stork:
To provide a quality recruitment solution to our Clients and Candidates, whilst continually meeting and exceeding divisional targets. Ensuring the promotion of and compliance with company HSEQ policies.

Tasks And Responsibilities As Onshore Recruiter:
Candidate Interface

  • Utilise numerous mediums to source and attract candidates.
  • Maintain regular contact with core candidates.
  • Ensuring that down-manned candidates are redeployed.
  • Investigate and resolve any candidate rate / payroll queries.
  • Maintain awareness of market influences, competitor activity, rates and projects nearing completion.

Client Interface

  • Develop an effective account management structure by ensuring regular contact with clients; take the lead in client visits and client hospitality events.
  • Expand and develop client portfolio to ensure that divisional targets are continually met and exceeded.
  • Investigate and resolve any client problems / issues.

Vacancy filling activity

  • Effectively monitor and control the business stream workload to ensure that the needs of the division are met.
  • Checking candidate suitability, availability and interest in the role prior to submitting to client requirements.
  • Maintaining availability list and ensuring regular contact with core candidates.
  • Maintain regular contact with the client throughout the vacancy filling process; selling, prompting and advising where necessary.
  • In non-core disciplines, negotiate rates between client and candidates.

Quality Assurance

  • Checking CV’s prepared by Recruitment Assistant to ensure they are suitable for submission to client.
  • Ensure that the Recruitment Assistant has completed and checked all relevant areas of the audit checklist prior to mobilisation.

Budgets / Finance

  • Participate in the business stream annual budget setting exercise.
  • Regularly review progress against budgeted targets and take mitigating action as required.
  • Facilitating permanent placement invoicing to ensure relevant invoices go out in a timeous manner.

Other

  • Review workflow / progress of D&WS team to ensure required duties are completed in a timeous manner appropriate to business requirements.
  • Participate in any medivac situations to ensure duty of care is fulfilled.
  • Attendance and participation at monthly team meetings.

Requirements For Onshore Recruiter:

Specific Requirements For Onshore Recruiter:
 
Education

  • GCSE, Higher education or experience commensurate with the role.
  • VQ qualification or higher level qualification would be desirable.

Experience

  • Specialist recruitment knowledge required, ideally gained within the oil and gas industry.
  • Specialist recruitment knowledge of the offshore environment an advantage.
  • Previous customer services experience would be desirable.
  • Previous sales experience would be an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills core.
