Shipping Legal Counsel (Commercial/ Finance) – London – Permanent – negotiable salary

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading shipping company for a Solicitor to join their London office.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer (minimum 3 years PQE) with broad commercial/ finance legal experience. Any experience relating to the maritime industry will be highly advantageous.

You will be supporting the business with a diverse range of legal matters including the drafting of commercial agreements, advising on risk management and compliance issues and assisting with finance transactions.
