Job Description HSEQ Coordinator with Stork:

To ensure all HSEQ documentation, reporting and administrative tasks are promptly met and all relevant documentation pertaining to this function is maintained, accurate and easily accessible.

Tasks And Responsibilities As HSEQ Coordinator:

Information (Maintenance and Updates)

  • Maintain and update HSEQ Plans, Audit Plans, Visit Schedules and performance metrics
  • Maintain and update on call rotas for the Emergency Management Team and Medevac Case Managers
  • Maintain and update information the on the incident and continual improvement databases

Information Analysis

  • Conduct analysis on HSEQ performance information
  • Identify trends / areas of concern
  • Produce associated reports and presentation materials for HSEQ and Management teams

Workplace Audits

  • Participate in work site inspections and audits
  • Complete inspection and audit documentation
  • Report any issues or concerns to the correct HSEQ Advisor/ Team Lead

Networking

  • Build effective working relationships internally and externally
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required by line management
  • Co-operate with clients and other bodies during HSEQ Audits
  • Assist in delivering briefings and training inputs

Modern Apprenticeship

  • Undertake relevant Modern Apprenticeship in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Liaise with Apprenticeship provider to organise regular meetings
  • Collate evidence against necessary modules

Experience:

Essential:

  • Good MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Skills
  • Good Internet Research Skills
  • Ability to review large quantities of information, identify key issues, compile reports and presentation materials

Desirable:

  • Experience in delivering presentations
  • Experience in a similar role and advantage
