We are looking for a crewing manager for our client located in Singapore.

You will be responsible for crewing their Tanker Fleet and maintaining the crewing department in Singapore. You will have a proven strategy behind you that encompasses crewing agencies and personnel in the Philippines and SEA.

As the right person, you will have experience as a crewing manager, you have built crewing departments previously with minimal supervision, managed the crewing of more than 30 tankers and have been sailing previously. You will have a positive attitude who can motivate teams and be a solutions based thinker to achieve results.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications

Mandatory STCW certificates are required from all applicants.
