HR Manager

Our client is a world leading independent marine service provider to the commercial shipping industry is looking for an experienced HR Manager
Candidates should be able to provide HR support and direction to the MD of the assigned Division and to provide leadership and support for all HR-related matters within the division or geographical scope within the organisation.

Candidates should be responsible in areas such as people disciplines, e.g. full cycle of recruitment, induction, performance management and development, employment legislation, reward and succession planning and should have effectiveness and efficiency of HR 'back office" functions including payroll, benefits and all related HR administration activities.

The candidate should also be able to build relationships and networks with stakeholders both internally and externally, including external legal advisors and appropriate local service providers.
