Marine HR Supervisor

We are partnering with a ship management company to recruit a talented Marine HR Supervisor located in their Shenzhen office in China.

You will be implementing and updating their Marine HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality is at the forefront. You will be coordinating all seafarers onboard. Ensuring seafarers have the required competencies and are medically fit for sea. You will regularly monitor training schedules and coordinate crew changes in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

You will hold a tertiary education with minimum of 2 years' experience in marine HR with a manning service provider. You will have thorough knowledge of the shipping administration process and STCW requirements of seafarers. You will be bilingual and have outstanding communication skills along with a problem solving approach who can make quick decisions accurately.
