Fleet Technical Coordinator

We are recruiting an experienced Fleet Technical Coordinator for our ship management client in Hong Kong.

You will provide crucial support to the Technical Department in all aspects of technical maintenance for their Fleet vessels. This includes routine technical administration, data entry, report compilations, budget preparation and reconciliations.

You will be responsible for the PMS control to ensure critical spares have been maintained and are available. You will be working closely with the vessel superintendents to arrange routine repairs, requisitions for service engineers and technicians when requested. You will have extensive dry-dock experience with vessel repairs and retrofits.

You will hold a degree in Logistics, Shipping, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines. You will be bilingual and have outstanding communications and analytical skills along with a problem solving mind-set.
