3rd Officer - Cruise

We are looking to recruit an experienced 3rd Officer to join a small luxury Cruise vessel sailing from Greenock, Scotland, for 1 week only. Due to vessel location, candidates must hold either a valid EU passport or have a permit to work in the EU.

Experience:

Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year sea time in rank.

Ro-Pax experience is preferred however we would also consider applicants with RoRo experience.

Certification Requirements:

In order to apply you must hold:

• Valid OOW CoC
• STCW Advanced MN Fire Fighting
• STCW Fast Rescue Boat
• STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities
• STCW Personal Survival Techniques
• STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat
• STCW Security Awareness
• Valid ENG1 Medical
• Bridge Team Management
• Passenger, Cargo Safety & Hull Integrity
• Generic ECDIS
• Medical First Aid

Preferable Certification includes:

• Crowd Management
• ECDIS Type Specific Transas
• Passenger Safety Training
• Safety Officer
