Job description

Job Description For Assembler With Stork:
To manufacture and assemble the full range of Cooperheat Equipment products, minimising waste of consumables.
  
Tasks And Responsibilities As Assembler:
 
Assemble the full range of Cooperheat Equipment products
 
Assemble insulation mats
Assemble heaters
Assemble cables
Assemble any other product as directed by Production Manager
 
Ensure quality and quantity of output meets agreed targets

Minimises waste of consumables
Communicates with colleagues and management on work progress and deadline achievement;
Accurately completes routine timesheets;
Plans own time effectively to ensure productivity and efficiency.
 
Create a safe and compliant working environment

Takes ownership and responsibility for own behaviour and working environment in line with HSEQ policy and procedure
Ensure self-compliance with all company and statutory procedures and standards including any defined recording and reporting requirements
Maintains good housekeeping standards at all times
Report any non-compliance, unsafe act or environment to Supervisor / line manager
 
Remains flexible to the needs of the business

Undertakes reasonable ad-hoc or routine duties as directed by line manager

Education
Educated to basic reading and arithmetic standard

Experience
Able to follow basic instruction
Basic manual dexterity
 
Additional Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence is required
