Superintendent / Marine Manager / Works Manager

Grapefruit Recruitment is looking for an experienced Superintendent/Marine Manager/Works Manager to join a well-respected vessel operator on the South Coast.

Candidates should come from a marine background and have experience as Superintendent/Marine Manager/Works manager and ideally have experience with work boats, dredgers or cargo vessels.

The successful candidate will assist in new and ongoing projects and will therefore require both project management and budgetary experience. Good communication, reporting and management skills are a must as the Superintendent will be expected to liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, crew, vessels etc.

The Superintendent must also ensure that all regulatory and company requirements are met and Health and Safety, SMS and QA standards and requirements are implemented and adhered to at all times.

This role does require travel to various sites.
