Job Description

The Operations Supervisor is assigned on project location to achieve project objectives under the supervision of the Project Manager. This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Based in the country of operations he manages one seismic crew in terms of P&L performance, QHSE, resources, planning, productivity, logistics.

• Interface with the customer during the execution of the project
• Maintain a good line of communication with clients, subcontractors and supports and uses conflict mediation and troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues, questions or concerns
• Manage the operations staff on the projects for which he is responsible
• Implement projects for which he is responsible
• Oversee financial control and monitoring of the project for which he is responsible
• Communicate job status to Project Manager and other management team members on a regular basis
• Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning
• Report any safety issues or concerns to management
• Track performacne of the crew with string focus on project KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology
• A minimum of 7 years in supervisory role in seismic operations or a very strong background on ROV / subsea operations
• Project Management skills
• Project cost control and monitoring
• Ability to obtain BOSIET and OGUK standard Medical certificate
• Ability to travel frequently and worldwide, sometimes on short notice
