Job Description For Administrator (Fixed Term) With Stork:

To provide administrative support to the business in a professional, timely and cost efficient manner to ensure that functional and business support needs are met.
This role operates in a busy environment where the post holder must have the ability to adapt to the changing work load and priorities with in the business. The role also supports the demands identified by the functional team and managers.

Tasks And Responsibilities As Administrator (Fixed Term):
 

  • Provide administrative support for the business stream.
  • Responsible for general administrative support with in all business disciplines.
  • No delegation of authority, role impacts on ability to collate and manage documentation which has an overall impact on revenue in to the business.
  • Internal stakeholders are line manager, functional team members and department managers.
  • Could provide administrative support across multiple function or geographical areas.
  • Actively promote and ensure company HSEQ Policies are not compromised.
  • Respond to all business administration requests from internal and external stake holders.
  • Maintain good working relationships with Managers and Staff

Specific Requirements For Administrator (Fixed Term): 

  • Provide Technical support to Bacton and UK Maintenance Engineers woring to ensure Data stored within SAP is accurate and up to date.
  • Work within Excel Spreadsheets to examine, verify and cross check Electrical data as intructed by the Maintenance Engineers.
  • Focused, effiecient and confident in workings in excel
