Manager - Agency Management

Our client, a major international container shipping company, is looking for their new Manager for the Agency management in South Asia.

Responsibilities: 

• Drafting, amending and signing the agency agreements
• Manage the say to day agency management functions like loan agreement, fund management, agency fee calculation,interest and dividend calculation, etc
• Financial modelling of joint venture and third-party administrator commissions
• Reduce corporate risk by ensuring compliance with rules and requirements
• Liaise and coordinate between all functions (legal, finance, ..)

Profile:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Legal or Finance
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position
• Container industry would be a big plus
• Exposure to multiple countries in South and West Asia
