Job Description For Scaffolding Site Representative
This position shall be based on a rotation of 2 weeks offshore, followed by 3 weeks onshore. This position shall be based on 1 week as a CH Scaffolder and 1 week as a Site Representative. There must also be a willingness to cover platform duties such as Lifeboat Coxswain and Helideck Duties etc.
Objectives/ Scope
Act as the main point of contact for Stork offshore
- Carry out general scaffolding requests and ensure inspection is completed in a timely manner
- Assist with the review of project work packs in line with safety, quality and technical requirements
- Safe delivery of work pack activities in line with project plans and the integrated planning process
- Ensuring all Stork activity deliverables are coordinated
- Provide accurate estimates of future workscopes
- Accurately recording and precise reporting of all Stork activities and achieved progress
- Accountable for the safe offshore delivery of multiple disciplines
Tasks And Responsibilities As
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring that company and client specific procedures and quality standards are adhered to and followed by all disciplines.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor offshore, coordinating with the various department heads.
- Reporting actual progress, constraints and improvement opportunities to the Stork onshore management team.
- Coordination of all project timesheets and accurate recording of total hours booked against allocated hours for all Stork activities.
- Ensure full project handovers are carried out with BTB and all discipline heads are fully briefed on project status.
- Ensuring all Stork plant and equipment is maintained, certified and returned to base in a serviceable condition.
- Ensuring all Stork employee competency profiles, first trip assessments, reviews etc are completed and submitted to the relevant departments.
HSE Responsibilities
- Actively promote Storks REACH safety initiative
- Participation in all relevant risk assessments in accordance with Stork processes and platform ISSOW.
- Ensure any hazardous activity is clearly identified, i.e. hot work, vessel entry, access restrictions, working at height etc.
- Ensure that the Stork HSEQ scorecard is completed and submitted.
- Ensuring that all Stork employees attend a safety meeting each trip which covers REACH themes.
- Complete any accident/incident reports/investigations and submit findings to onshore management.

Specific Requirements For Scaffolding Site Representative
Qualifications and Experience
- Advanced CISRS card
- Able to demonstrate previous experience in similar positions
- Previous experience of reviewing Stork activity work packs
- Knowledge of ISSOW
- Articulate with good verbal, written & IT communication skills.
- Able to supervise and direct Stork specific discipline supervision.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Liaise with client at high level.
- Trade qualifications and associated competencies
- I.O.S.H Managing Safety
- Safety Leadership Development Programme
- Accident/Incident investigation.
- Relevant experience in oil and gas contracting industry
