Job Description For Corporate HSE Manager (Training & Behaviour) With Stork:
This role requires interaction with internal colleagues of all levels and external stakeholders across all Stork geographical regions. The role partners with regional SVP’s, regional HSE leads and the Corporate HSE team to develop and enhance the safety culture within Stork globally. Key elements are to improve awareness, knowledge, skills, behaviours and engagement through a strategic programme of actions
Tasks And Responsibilities As Corporate HSE Manager (Training & Behaviour):
 
Safety Training

  • Develop, roll out and manage a safety training program with focus on personal safety leadership, Life Saving Rules and safety interventions.
  • Technical authority for all HSE Training programmes across the business and expectation that HSE training across the business will be aligned and continuously improved.

Safety Behaviour / Culture

  • Develop and roll out global behavioural safety programme, building on the existing Reach Beyond Zero/ Listo/ legacy Fluor programmes.
  • Provide practical tools to allow continuous reinforcement of behavioural expectations and build leadership and workforce skills to recognize, intervene and correct unsafe behaviour

HSE Engagement

  • Maintain and improve existing processes for employee engagement in HSE (Surveys, email, safety committees etc)
  • Collaborate with the HSE Systems & Data Manager in the annual REACH Awards to improve quantity and quality of awards and profile with employees and clients
  • Work with Region HSE Leads to ensure HSE feedback from employees is shared and global action taken where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the HSE Systems & Data Manager on HSE Communications

Job requirements

Specific Requirements For Corporate HSE Manager (Training & Behavioural)
 
Education / Training      

  • Degree qualified (Behavioural Psychology, Occ Health & Safety)
  • Background in behavioural safety, safety climate and culture
  • Multilingual skills an advantage (English/ Spanish/ German/ Dutch)

 
Experience       

  • Proven facilitator
  • Proven track record in safety climate and culture change
  • Global experience preferred
  • Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Time management and work load management skills
