Job Description Operations Recruitment Coordinator with Stork:

The Operations Recruitment Supervisor supports in key functional areas of the department in ultimately achieving our business strategy for the Operations Recruitment & Reallocation Department, in alignment with regional business objectives, in order to realise the agreed results and safety performance of Stork in the short and medium term.

Tasks And Responsibilities As Operations Recruitment Coordinator:

Operations Recruitment

  • Ensure that all contractual and employment documentation / processes are in keeping with current legislation and are updated on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining communications links between Operations Resourcing, Training and Competency Teams and allocated project teams.
  • Reactive to varying personnel requirements and ensuring only technically competent personnel are recruited in accordance with Stork and Client Minimum Standards.
  • Ensuring functional areas are adequately supervised and continual succession is maintained.
  • Ensuring the recruitment team review all CV’s in a timely manner
  • Ensure that external Adverts are placed in a timely manner and managed correctly
  • Ensure the recruitment team co-ordinate competency and trade tests in conjunction with Operation Teams/Training Matrix
  • Ensuring the recruitment team check all certificates are valid and highlight any gaps to Resourcing Co-ordinator
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of the data input to the company systems including pathway
  • The provision of support to the Competency Advisor with regard to training records
  • Assisting in Pending Reassignment and Field Break Reallocate reports as and when required
  • Provide cover for the Recruitment Manager when required

Business planning and reporting

  • Providing statistical data in relation to the activities of the Recruitment team to the Team Leader as and when required
  • Support in departmental projects ensuring the teams within each functional areas meet objectives set by Operation Recruitment Manager.
  • Support during compliance audits from the client, regulatory bodies and training boards

Functional Areas

  • The Supervisor will be responsible for the Operations Recruitment Coordinators ensuring all personnel are recruited in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensuring the Resourcing Team’s workloads is discussed daily to ensure support is arranged where required
  • Assisting the Recruitment Team Leader with training sessions and identifying any gaps within the team and support the Teams P&D’s

HSEQ

  • Compliance and commitment to Stork’s Policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and commitment to Stork’s Reach and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Promote an awareness of the legislative requirements surrounding HSEQ aspects pertaining to their team and area of responsibility.
  • Support quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Support continuous improvements and act on lessons learned.

Specific Requirements For Operations Recruitment Coordinator:
 
Education

  • HNC/D/Degree and/or appropriate level of exposure at a supervisor level within a multifunctional organisation.

Experience

  • Extensive Resourcing and/or recruitment experience
  • Similar experience in a recruitment and supervisory position within the oil and gas industry
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work on own initiative, anticipate requirements and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work under supervision and under pressure
  • Working knowledge of employment law in relation to recruitment and its implementation

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
