Job description
Looking for a strong HR technology business analyst in support of an international SuccessFactors implementation project, including Employee Central and other modules, focused on functionality and processes for the Stork organization within the Fluor Corporation. This position will be located in Utrecht, Netherlands and will assist the business in defining and articulating standardized requirements, and will assist the systems integration consultants in aligning system functionality to the business needs. Following the implementation project, this position will be the primary administrator for the SuccessFactors environment for Stork, working as part of a broader SuccessFactors administration team supporting all of Fluor Corporation.
We need a results-oriented professional with the ability to coordinate across multiple geographies and disciplines, working toward a standardized process environment within the SuccessFactors technology.
Tasks and responsibilities as HRIS Business Analyst:
- Participate consultatively in requirement definition discussions related to HR processes such as employee hiring, termination, and other day-to-day processes as well as annual or periodic processes such as performance or compensation reviews;
- Work with Implementation Partner to design work flow processes and system configuration and security roles;
- Participate with PMO and Implementation partner in development of a formal plan for carrying out complex activities project using appropriate planning methods;
- Manage/execute assigned projects and activities, including data collection/design and development of specifications/testing criteria/recommendations and implementations;
- Make oral presentations to cross-functional teams concerning proposed requirements and solutions, and make recommendations regarding resolution approaches;
- Meet with all levels of management to discuss and clarify process and functionality requests concerning human resource systems;
- Compile written project, requirement, and solution documentation to serve both technical and general users. Assist in development of material to facilitate organizational change management activities related to new or changing HR technology;
- Develop, configure and implement SuccessFactors and related technology solutions for human-resource-related data and processes, in coordination with other SuccessFactors admins in HRIS, and with integration support from IT.

Specific Requirements for HRIS Business Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of HR technology experience;
- Prior experience in complex SuccessFactors Employee Central deployments with successful outcomes;
- Strong SuccessFactors Employee Central knowledge;
- Exhibit exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills and strong work ethic;
- Ability to work within a project team, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results;
- Confident, self-aware team player open to providing effective business feedback, as needed.

Location: Greenville SC or Houston TX
Hours: 40 hours per week
Travel: Twenty-five percent (25%) travel during project implementation with periodic travel post-implementation go-live.
