Job Description Rope Access Storeman with Stork:

To support in the overall delivery of the Group’s business objectives, whilst implementing departmental procedures in line with Company standards.

Tasks And Responsibilities As Rope Access Storeman:

Rope Access Equipment

• Day-to-day resource management, and associated planning and scheduling for the following areas within Aberdeen Base Facility:
  • Rope Access Stores – Materials Receipt & Dispatch.
  • Rope Access Stores – Goods Returns.
  • Rope Access Stores – Inspection and re-certification of Rope Access kit.
• Actively participate and contribute in the effective management of “surplus” materials.
• Compliance with and commitment to STS HSEQ Policies and Procedures
• Attend SAS operational and planning meetings.
   
  HSEQ
• Attend & contribute to health and safety training and briefs.
• Assist in maintaining own and others’ health and safety.
• Contribute to a culture of HSEQ improvement.
• Support quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Execute work safely and reliably and to a quality standard.
• Ensure you are adequately trained to carry out the job.
   
  People
• Develop others skills and experience.
  Recording
• Responsible for ensuring that accurate records are maintained.
• Responsible for ensuring that all equipment is compliant and fully operational prior to dispatch.

Essential

• GCSE, Higher education or experience commensurate with the role and have demonstrated an appropriate level of technical competence.

• PUWER & LOLER
• COSHH & Manual Handling
• Lyon PPE Certification
• Task Risk Assessment
• Rope Access Awareness
• Environmental Awareness
• Working at Height
   
  Experience
   
  Essential
• Experience in a similar role.
  Desirable
• Previous experience in a similar role in the Oil and Gas Industry.

• Knowledge of range of services Stork does and can provide to the client.
