Offshore Performance Coach UAE

The Client is a large operator of self-elevating, self-propelled jack-up barges in the Middle East & Northwest Europe. They are currently recruiting for an Offshore Performance Coach working on a 3 months on/1 month off rotation. During the 3 months the successful candidate will travel around the Middle East and Europe visiting the clients Vessels.

Candidate profile

• An ex Ch Engineer, with proven ability/experience in training/assessing/developing crew
• STCW CoC as Ch engineer is a distinct advantage.
• Be able to observe crew performance and compare it to the performance you would expect to see, as defined by Company Systems/Processes/Procedures/Policies
