Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking to grow our team here at Red by adding Recruitment Resourcers to our team on an initial 6-month contract.  This is a great time to be a part of Red as we aim to continue our growth in 2018 and beyond.

 

Working within the Marine desk at Red will give you excellent exposure to an industry that keeps the world moving.  You will become part of a forward-looking team and work on a variety of different positions across the globe.

 

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be expected to use your creative side in creating job adverts and marketing content in order to find the strongest candidates possible.  You will be expected to use CV databases, social media and other platforms to actively headhunt for candidates. 

 

A successful Resourcer will be a naturally positive and determined individual with a keen eye for detail.
