Luxury Yacht Superintendent

Essential HR, an Executive Search Firm founded by Philippe Solere and based on the French Riviera is currently recruiting for a Yacht Superintendent based in Monaco within a leading global company (50+ offices worldwide).

This permanent position with 30% of travel offers a relocation package and a temporary hotel accommodation during the 3 month trial period (cost of living on the French Riviera: e.g. a 2 bedroom apartment in French neighbour cities: 800-1,400€/month). Starting date: asap

• He/she is responsible for the effective day to day operation of a fleet of luxury yachts (over 70m), ensuring that they are maintained and operated in line with regulatory & legislative requirements and approved running cost budget.
• He/she is the focal point for all aspects of the vessels safe and effective operation.
• He/she is responsible for proactive supplier management and cost control.

Experience as a Yacht Superintendent and Chief/Second Engineer is required with strong marine mechanical background and excellent communication and presentation skills.
