This STCW refresher course is required every five years to maintain a valid Advanced Fire Fighting certificate (STCW A-VI/3). It is essential for officers and senior crew responsible for leading fire teams, managing emergencies, and operating onboard fixed fire suppression systems.

Course Content:

Command-Level Fire Response (Refresher)
Update and practise advanced fire management techniques, including team leadership, coordination of onboard fire response, and operation of fixed fire-fighting installations in complex scenarios.

Training is delivered at our MCA-approved training facility in Phuket.

Entry Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years

Valid Advanced Fire Fighting certificate (A-VI/3) issued by an IMO White List country

If certificate is expired:
   – Must present proof of 6 months sea service in the last 5 years or
   – Retake the full Advanced Fire Fighting course
