Radar Observer Unlimited is a USCG approved 40 hour courses qualifying the student, upon successful completion to operate today's modern radar systems aboard ocean going vessels.

• Vessel Target Plotting
• COLREG Integration 
• Proper Adjustment Due to Environmental Changes
• Tracking for Collision Avoidance Analysis

This course is for students who need the radar endorsement for the first time. 

Any applicant successfully completing our course and presenting our certificate of Training at a Regional Exam Center will satisfy the requirements of:

46 CFR 10.480 of endorsement as Radar Observer (Unlimited)
