Global Insurance Manager (Marine & Offshore) – London – 12 month contract – £45k – £55k

A market leader in the offshore oil and gas and energy industries requires a Global Insurance Manager to join their team based in London on an initial fixed term 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. The company have a truly International presence with offices located in various worldwide locations.

As a Global Insurance Manager you will be supporting the placement of a broad range of insurances required by the company. This will included liaising with brokers, insurers, claims hander and any other key stakeholders and managing those relationships. Additionally you will also be involved in managing the claims process for any insurance claims involving the company. Due to the nature of their business, these claims will predominantly be marine, P&I and energy focussed although may also involve so broader insurance matters.

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in an marine Or energy insurance environment. This could be with an insurer, broker, P&I club or another offshore or shipping company and could be in an underwriting, broking or claims handling capacity.

A good package is available to the successful applicant and this presents a chance to gain some lucrative in-house experience with a leading company in their field. You must have the right to live and work in the UK to apply.
