The Assurance and Vetting Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Assurance, Vetting and HSEQ teams

Responsibilities include:

• Treat Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance as Top Priority
• Establish and maintain constructive professional relationships with customer and oil major vetting and assurance teams, and flag states.
• Schedule vetting inspections in line with company and customer requirements, communicating key information to stakeholders
• Maintaining Vetting Inspection schedules in Excel and Inspection System.
• Oversee updating OCIMF crew matrix and HVPQ with collaboration with vessels.
• Upload approved responses to OCIMF SIRE website and Inspection System.
• Coordinating the arrangement of audit schedules and agendas as required
• Assist in the management and participation of TMSA submissions and reviews.
• Provide support on management of Marine Assurance activities including navigation, security, cargo and ballast operations.

Experience Required:

• Preferably experience working in a comparable role with similar systems (e.g. Q88, SOFID, OCIFM).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, time management, project management and decision-making skills
• A high level of competency in using excel and powerpoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and work ethic.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of shipping industry.
