Food & Beverage Director (Cruise) – Worldwide

We are recruitment for a leading Cruise Line who are looking for a Food and Beverage Director to manage all shipboard F&B operations and ensure the highest standards are achieved and also maintained within the company’s budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing, organising, directing and supervising many restaurants with different concepts; bars and lounges; production finishing galleys and sanitation and provision departments.
  • Provide leadership for the management team
  • Efficiently manage over 500 food and beverage personnel
  • Successfully manage the operating budget including wages, travel, uniforms, food cost, cost of sales and operating equipment costs.

Requirements:

  • Must have significant experience as a Food and Beverage Director
  • Advanced English verbal and written skills with proper use of English grammar
  • Excellent computer software skills
  • Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting or reporting is also required
